The laser cutting process starts with a designed digital file also called a CAD file, where a laser cutter cuts flat material with a laser. The laser uses heat to cut through the various materials like paper, wood, fabric, foam, leather, PVC and other signage materials. Engraving is a beautiful effect the laser can also achieve, on wood, perspex or leather.

Laser cutting allows us to manufacture short specialised packaging runs without additional costs of die-cutting and toolmaking. It enables us to make bespoke designs for our clients that were once either handmade and time-consuming, or only able to produce on larger production runs.

Laser cut technology is setting us apart when it comes to shorter production runs. We can manage extremely detailed designs and cost-effective packaging at shorted lead times.
