Hinged boxes

Hinged lid boxes are made similarly to the base and lid boxes, the tray and lid are attached during the manufacturing process to provide an invisible hinge on the side. Three-sided hinge box is where the lid has three sides covering the base when closed.

A single hinged lid with hinged flap fastens typically with a hidden magnet to the base of the box. The box comprises of two parts, the tray and the cover with hinged sides. The base is then glued to the cover to make up the final box. This is a very high-end look and most popular with elaborate product display like bespoke invitations, or extravagant gifts.
